A Tale of Two Dressers

dresserdrawers.jpg

By popular demand here are some photos of my sticker-laden dressers.

I realized as I was putting this collage together, that in fact I forgot to take a snap of one of the dresser tops. I didn’t forget to take detailed shots of the BACKS (not many stickers, but a few) or the inside of the drawers themselves (as seen above). I didn’t forget, I just didn’t want to bother. I figure what I present should keep you occupied for a while. It’s like a “Where’s Waldo” of pop culture over the past 20 years, only EVERYTHING is a Waldo, fer Crissakes.

Here is the ever-so-large jpeg. It may take a minute to fully load.

    A) It’s the guy who ran the Farpoint station in the Star Trek TNG pilot episode.

    c) They were from cereal – I semi-recall them being from Alpha Bits or Shreddies. They were not, strangely, from Real Ghostbusters cereal.

    Also, two things.

    1) Can you (or if you don’t want to, can I try) run the images you want to stitch together through that photo stitching app I have?

    2) Regardless, can you put this up on your Flickr account, so we can use the note tool on it?

  3. Toren says:

Indeed, it is from the TNG pilot, but do you remember the character’s name, or the actors? That’s the real trivia!

And there’s more trivia besides, relating to the Superfriends.

I uploaded it to Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/34159042@N00/252837976/

but it resized to a size much too small. I could upload the individual chunks or email them to you!

He’s Michael Bell and he played administrator Groppler Zorn.

He’s had a couple of other roles in DS9. And he’s a voice actor who worked on GI Joe, the Transformers, and assorted video games. He also over-dubbed Peter Criss’ dialogue in KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park.

This was pretty much all plagerized from here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bell

Well David, that’s what I call CHEATING. You lose, and you’ve ruined it for everyone. However, no-prize goes to the person who can tell me what role he played on Superfriends, without cheating.

I believe on Transformers he played that mad scientist, Dr Archeville. I can remember that, but not what I did yesterday. Amazing!

  7. dbradley says:

Whoops. For some reason I thought that you didn’t know who he was and just wanted the information. I’ll never try and be helpful again. I hope you’re happy. ;P

  8. dbradley says:

To make up, I’ll present an additional question. Which onomatopoeically named Marvel comics villain has he voiced?

  9. Toren says:

    I’m betting it’s not Boom-Boom
