    I got within a couple lbs so I didn’t technically make my goal but I was satisfied enough with that shape in the mirror. Since then I’ve been eating terribly but come January I’m going to look to some middle ground.

    I see the diet, in order to work, had to reduce you down to four different people.

    The theory was that I could get four times as much stuff done, but each one only has a quarter of my strength….

    Many, many years ago I ran a Champions campaign and one of the NPCs was a government sponsered hero called Army Man. He was twelve soldiers that could merge into a single giant, uh, Army Man.
